This is a general statement to all my listings. There are some new items in the package. Most of the items that I sell are used.
My used items will more than likely have scratches on them. Most of the tools are cleaned with a wire wheel on the bench grinder. Most items are also well lubricated and inspected before they are listed on eBay.
Hardware and parts are also cleaned and inspected if necessary.
Anything that requires electricity is also tested before it goes on eBay. Anything that does require electricity also will have a video showing that it works.

I choose to charge my customers for the shipping Instead of hiding the cost inside my final price. I use calculated shipping And when I weigh the items I round up to the nearest ounce. Example - 2 pound item scales perfectly. I add one ounce for any error 2 Lbs. + 1 oz.
