Shipping
We ship 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. We try and get most orders out the next day, and some things take 2-3 days to get out. There are occasions when that can't happen though. Please consider the weather, mail holidays, weekends and other factors out of our control. Sometimes during the summer, we take an early weekend and go to the lake for family time. We use several different carriers depending on rates; USPS, UPS, FedEx. We cannot ship UPS and FedEx to PO Boxes. Sometimes we ship to Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico, etc and sometimes we do not. It really depends on the item. Check the listing under Shipping if you are unsure.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. We hate returning things just as much as you do, but we will work with you if you need a refund or need to send something back. Just contact us. We are super easy to get along with! Please provide a secure location for your package to be delivered to. We cannot take responsibility for a package that has been stolen from your front porch.
