What is die cast?
Die-cast is a term used in the hobby industry referring to a model made with a metal body. Die-cast metal is made of zinc alloy. Die-cast models are not necessarily 100% metal models some include plastic, acrylic, and rubber, etc.
How big is the scale? ( 1/18, 1/24, 1/12, etc.)
1/87 scale (also HO train scale) is a model approximately 1 to 2 inches in length.
1/64 scale (also S train scale) is a model approximately 2 to 3 inches in length.
1/43 Scale is a model approximately 3 to 5 inches in length.
1/32 Scale is a model approximately 3 to 5 inches in length.
1/24 scale is a model approximately 5 to 8 inches in length.
1/18 scale is a model approximately 8 to 11 inches in length.
1/12 scale is a model approximately 14 to 16 inches in length.

Packaging

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Please read thoroughly to understand our policies. Please understand that due to a high volume of customer orders, ground shipments could possibly be delayed during the extremely busy time frame of November through December.
General Shipping Information (January - October)
Most packages are shipped from our warehouses across the U.S., where they are processed and ship within approximately three to four business days of the order being placed. Delivery time may be delayed based on: how the product is shipped, if the product is back-ordered, if the order is placed during the holiday season (November-December), or extreme weather conditions.
We cannot guarantee an exact date of delivery for ground shipments.
We ship via UPS, UPS SurePost, USPS First-Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail.
Large items are shipped via freight truck. You will be emailed tracking and carrier information upon shipment.
Order Processing
Business days are Monday through Friday, end at 12 a.m. EST, and exclude all state and federal U.S. holidays.
Orders ship Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after the shipping deadline and holidays will ship the next available date.
Ground packages will be processed and shipped up to four business days after payment is received.

Contiguous USA
Shipping is only valid for addresses in the Contiguous USA (lower 48 States).
In most cases delivery can be about of 7-10 business days or less.

Shipping Policy Exceptions
Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.
Requests to Alter Deliveries
We cannot change shipping addresses, schedule a delivery time, give delivery instructions, or hold for a different delivery date for any package shipped.

For packages shipped via USPS:
USPS offers shipping changes to be made through its Package Intercept program if a package is not already "out for deliver". More information can be found at the USPS website.
For orders shipped via freight:
We will email you delivery instructions, and the freight company will also call to schedule your delivery. To streamline your delivery process, please provide a current phone number and email address when placing your order.
If the delivery is refused or hindered due to non compliance or no response from customer there will be freight charges deducted from the refund.

Wrong Item Received
If you received a wrong item contact us via email with photos of  the item, the UPC, the MPN, and the remaining sides of item received to compare to listing and invoicing
Order Damages
If your order is being delivered via freight, inspect the items before signing the Bill of Lading (the driver's receipt of delivery to you). If the Bill of Lading is signed stating the items were received in good condition, we will be unable to accept a return of the items.
We must be notified within 24 hours upon receipt of any damage or manufacturers defect(s) to the item(s) so we may submit a claim as quickly as possible.
Failure to notify us will only delay the claim and may cause delays. We will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund if a claim is not filed properly
DO NOT repair item(s) without authorization. We WILL NOT accept any item back if it was repaired or alter in any way.
