Testosterol ™ 250 is a preparation based on active fractions of plant sterols.
Sterols are chemical compounds derived from esterano whose core consists of 1,2-cyclopentaneperhydrofenantene. In the chemical classification, the sterols used belong to steroids, because they contain the esterano nucleus with the hydroxyl group in the third position and a side chain in the 17 position. The biological properties of sterols depend on the number and nature of the side substituents, in particular those of carbon 17 (17C). Plant sterols of the stigmasterol or sitosterol type have a structure similar to that of cholesterol, progesterone, pregnenolone and 17-hydroxypregnenolone. Thanks to this similarity, sterols taken for quite a long time are the precursor for the synthesis of pregnenolone. Pregnenolone is a basic substrate for the biosynthesis of progestins. It consists of 17-ketosteroids, glucocorticoids, mineralocorticoids, testosterone, androsterone and estrogen. Pregnenolone is subject to transformations which result in the formation of all steroid hormones. These biochemical reactions are catalyzed by cytochrome P-450. Iron drugs cause and strengthen these reactions.
The biological effect that accompanies the application of Testosterol ™ 250 is varied and depends on many endogenous and exogenous factors. The mutual quantitative relationships between steroid hormones in the body before taking the product are very important, as the sterols included in Testosterol ™ 250 are substrates for the synthesis of testosterone, but also other steroid hormones. Certain sterol metabolites can mimic typical hormones in the body and compete with them for receptors in body cells, thereby altering many physiological activities. The result of these actions is the regulation of quantitative relationships between: 17-ketosteroids, testosterone, progesterone, androsterone and corticosteroids. There is also a fairly high possibility of intensifying the pathway of biosynthesis of one of the steroid hormones, the intensity of which is hereditarily conditioned and the potency of which is maximum. The sterols included in the product then cause a "metabolic preference" effect and become an activator and substrate for the specific metabolic pathway.
Mode of action of Testosterol ™ 250:
In 2004, extensive research on plant sterols was carried out in animals in Poland.
The results showed that compounds applied with a well-balanced diet resulted in muscle growth of 18-26%.
In 2006, the observations of volunteers who simultaneously trained and supplemented their diet with the product Testosterol ™ 250 were collected. The results of those examined, after 30 days and after using a container of the product, revealed an average increase in body mass of 2 to 3 kg (maximum of 9 kg). Over 90% of research participants also increased their training load. Among the 86% of participants, positive changes in the night's rest phase were recorded. The product improves regeneration during sleep (this period corresponds to the growth of tissue volume). When preparing, we need to guarantee our body a long period of sleep. This time depends on each individual. However, it is assumed that even if the period of active training and regeneration is active, sleep should not be less than 8 hours per day.
After oral or parenteral use, sterols undergo phosphorylation. They are quickly absorbed from the intestines into the blood and lymph. Vitamins D, A and unsaturated fats increase the assimilation of plant sterols.
