vintage CB700 9x13 tom drum in wood finish with Tama head + wrist watch lugs

Description

We have a vintage 9x13 CB700 percussion tom tom drum with a wood finish.
Made overseas.
The finish has some scratches.
The rims have rust spots, as shown.
The rims do not match, the top one I had, the bottom one was with the drum.
I don't know if that rim is original to the drum.
The tom mount is missing.
And there are a couple extra holes in that spot from some other mount at some other time.
The tone control is also missing.
The inside was built with no reinforcement rings,
and is finished in a speckled grey paint.
When I got the drum, it was just a shell with 12 lugs and one rim that was off of it.
I am told these lugs are called wristwatch lugs.
The 12 tension rods and the other (top) rim are parts I had to help with this project drum.
I had no extra tension rod washers, so those are missing.
I put two old used heads on it to hold it together.
One is a white TAMA head with a lot of dents in it.
The other head is a tired worn Remo CS controlled sound black dot head.
Both heads will need replacing and are there to hold all the parts together.
The lugs need a good polish, but have not (yet) been steel wooled.
We never use steel wool and we advise against it.
It scratches the chrome clean, then you have clean scratches in your chrome.
We have not cleaned it, we left any further cleaning to you.

I don't have any others like this, I never got the set, just this one drum.
