Stated their size M.....when measured while lying and across the front only the waistband is 13 inches, when fully stretched the waistband is 18 1/2 inches, should fit 36-37 inches comfortably

Very good vintage condition, the exception is the waistband is not extremely tight but still good, one scuff/ slight run unseen in front panel
