Warning signs posted after aggressive shark spotted on Oahu’s North Shore

HALEIWA (HawaiiNewsNow) – A shark advisory was put into effect on Oahu’s North Shore after a shark was spotted on Sunday, Ocean Safety officials said.
Officials said an 8-10 foot aggressive shark was observed swimming through the surf lineup at Alii Beach in Haleiwa.
Always check with a lifeguard for the latest beach and ocean conditions.
Warning signs have been posted throughout the beach.
